If you have problems with songs not starting or if there are disruptions while the songs are playing, try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection 

Check that your network connection is stable and working properly. You can test your internet connection speed at fast.com. 

2. Restart Singa Business Lite
3. Close unused programs running in the background
4. Restart your computer
